THE EFFECT OF PAGEANTRIES ON MY SANITY

So I attended a pageantry organized in my school… And now I'm sure it does something to me. Oh pageantries. They bring out the ugliest, most jealous and petty part of myself.

So I decided to go watch a movie... Alone. This is not advisable for broke people, it's been two days and I'm still having heartburn from spending that money. I was trying to do the whole take-yourself-out thing #selflove.

HOSTEL SURVIVAL TIPS

So I decided to move into the hostel in my final year. I did this after spending the first three years of my school life staying alone. I can just hear you judging me, "Is it not NBG again? Always doing the weirdest things, her mates are trying to go off campus and just look at her". I just decided that it would help both my academic and social life (guy shut up, we all know it's because you're broke) and it has actually helped.

BIRTHDAY OR I’M-GETTING-OLDER-AND-MORE-MISERABLE DAY?

So today is the day I was born. Who would have thought birthdays could be so depressing? Well, for a broke girl that's still forming holy holy, it sure can get that way. I'm not even thirty yet and I'm already having midlife crisis. Anyways I'm not here to drone on about my potential depression so I'll just give a quick rundown of how my day went.

So I’m travelling from Lagos to Enugu today. I try to do something different every time I travel. Well, you can thank my sister for that; she called me out for not having a social life.
